Our Leadership

Judith E. Joyce

Director of Environmental

Judith E. Joyce serves as a director of Eocene’s environmental division. She is passionate about finding ways to bring nature back into communities and enjoys the opportunity to bring together partners and funding support for projects in unique and different ways.

Judith holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from North Dakota State University and a master’s degree in geology from Idaho State University. Her career in the environmental industry began at a small engineering firm, where she identified an opportunity to create a new service line. This led her to founding EarthView Environmental, which successfully grew over 20 years until it merged with Impact7G, now our environmental division. She is a certified Senior Professional Wetland Scientist and geomorphologist specializing in geoarchaeology, watershed planning, natural channel design, streambank stabilization and more.

Outside of work, Judith enjoys spending time in nature, harvesting wild edibles, cooking and being with her dogs. She is also committed to giving back to her community through volunteering at the local food pantry and serves as executive director of Take A Kid Outdoors (TAKO).
