We tailor every training to meet the unique needs of each client, along with their contractors or other third parties that may be utilizing our services. Every client receives consultations before, during and after the deployment of FieldNote. We also provide assistance configuring FieldNote to fit their needs and in-person or online training for all users.
In addition to our routine support, we also host an annual Users Group Conference, which is a virtual gathering that gives FieldNote users a chance to collaborate and ask questions in a group setting. The conference offers insight into the app and the work our team does, as well as fosters a deeper understanding of our partnership. The conference format changes year to year but attendees are sure to participate in demos of new and upcoming features, insight into how other clients use the app, and time for open discussion.
