Keith Tucker
President
Keith Tucker joined Eocene Environmental Group in 2025 as president, overseeing all divisions. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in the engineering and environmental consulting industry, with a strong record of driving transformational growth and operational excellence.
He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in environmental engineering from Temple University and has completed executive education at the Wharton School. Keith is deeply committed to creating lasting value for clients, partners, communities and the environment we all share.
Keith and his wife live in Colorado, where they enjoy the outdoors and all that the Mountain West region has to offer. An avid outdoorsman, Keith spends his free time fly fishing, hiking, camping, and practicing traditional archery.
