Gabe McNunn, Ph.D.
Vice President of Environmental Modeling & Data Science
Gabe McNunn joined Sustainable Environmental Consultants, now our sustainability division, in 2018 and currently serves as Eocene Environmental Group’s vice president of environmental modeling and data science. In his role, Gabe focuses on developing modeling tools and integrating them into our EcoPractices® platform. In collaboration with the team, he also fields client questions and provides insight and recommendations related to environmental analysis methods.
Prior to joining the team, Gabe worked as an environmental modeling and data engineer at AgSolver/EFC Systems, Inc., which delivers innovative software solutions throughout the agribusiness supply chain. While pursuing his master’s, he was a graduate research assistant in the Simulation, Modeling and Decision Science program for the U.S. Department of Energy Ames Laboratory in Ames, Iowa. Gabe received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University. He received his doctorate in environmental science from Iowa State University in 2018.
In his spare time, Gabe enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with his family and dog.
