Tim Green
Vice President, Environmental
Tim Green joined the Transcon Environmental team, now our environmental division, in 2000 as an environmental inspector. He currently serves as vice president of the division. In 2001, he took a short break to take on a position with the Department of Defense as a biologist in Arizona and, in 2008, an ecologist with the U.S. Geological Survey in Florida. In 2011, Tim rejoined the company when the opportunity to manage environmental inspection on a large transmission project in Utah came along. Since then, he has managed environmental permitting and compliance for several large transmission pipeline, transportation and water projects.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in sustainable land management from Colorado State University. Collaborating with others on unique and challenging projects, engaging with diverse groups of stakeholders and supporting our Eocene staff as they advance their careers are what he enjoys most about his job.
In his free time, Tim enjoys traveling to new destinations, spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities such as surfing, snowboarding and hiking.
