Josh Beaver
Senior Vice President – Forestry & Utility
Josh Beaver joined CNUC, now our forestry and utility division, in January 2010 and now serves as the senior vice president for the division. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Starting as a lead consulting utility forester (CUF), his career path progressed from regional supervisor to regional manager, then vice president, before transitioning to his current position as senior vice president. He is a published author in the Utility Arborist Newsline and has presented on a variety of topics at industry conferences throughout North America.
Josh has over two decades of experience within the utility vegetation management (UVM) industry. He holds multiple certifications, including International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist and ISA Certified Utility Specialist. In 2023, Josh was voted as vice president of the Utility Arborist Association (UAA) Board of Directors. His commitment to our clients and customer experience sets him apart, making him a true asset to our team.
Outside of work, you can find Josh spending quality time with his wife and two young sons in the mountains of North Carolina. A few of his favorite activities are spending time outdoors, attending music events, trying new restaurants and visiting one of the many great breweries in the Asheville area.
